The Order Journey & Delivery Time
Each solid wood piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and attention to detail, so every order goes through a meticulous preparation process to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Preparation (3–5 days): We perform a final hand-finishing touch, strict quality check, and carefully pack your jewelry box.
- Transit Time (10–15 days): Once dispatched, your package will typically arrive at your door within this window.
From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, please allow 20–25 days in total. The lower end (around 20 days) reflects normal conditions, while the upper end (up to 25 days) accounts for peak seasons or occasional logistics variations. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated every step of the way.
