Because WOODLE products are primarily hand-polished or custom-made to order:

  • Once production or the final hand-polishing process begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
  • We are not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days and delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch. (Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details).
  • Delivery times may occasionally vary due to external logistics delays, customs clearances, or weather conditions. WOODLE is not liable for delays caused by these external factors.

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.
  • Refunds are exclusively provided for items that arrive damaged in transit or have verified manufacturing defects.
